The Woodbridge prides itself in its highly skilled staff structure and a diverse team of key workers from varied social care disciplines and relative backgrounds. The team reflects the cosmopolitan and ethnic demographics of the local area, possessing a diverse cultural heritage that benefits a wide range of service user groups. Our team consists of highly experienced individuals with a range of expertise and disciplines.

The staff teams across the services are comprised of a qualified managing director, operations manager, registered managers, deputy managers, social workers, an in-house therapeutic practitioner, trainee social workers, early years practitioners, therapeutic child practitioners, trainee nurses, trained medical doctors (working as family support staff), and experienced family assessment workers.
The teams have been safely recruited based on their ability to engage with and support vulnerable children in the children’s home; and families whose parenting capacity has been impacted by mental health, substance & alcohol abuse, learning difficulties, domestic violence and a broad range of physical, social, emotional and cognitive factors.
