As an organisation, our services are underpinned and guided by a therapeutic ethos. Counselling and a variety of therapeutic services are available to children, young people, adults and families across our services, supporting emotional wellbeing, positive relationships and safer family life. Our therapeutic support is tailored to the needs of each individual and family, helping people explore difficulties in a safe, confidential and supportive space. This may include support around trauma, attachment, emotional regulation, parenting, family relationships, life transitions, anxiety, loss, and experiences that may affect children’s development or family functioning.
We work sensitively and collaboratively with families, professionals and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure that therapeutic input complements wider assessments, care planning and support already in place. Our aim is to help children, young people and adults feel heard, understood and empowered to build resilience, develop coping strategies and move forward with greater confidence.
